Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Paulus Leads website and services ("Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. The Services

Paulus Leads generates and sells exclusive final expense insurance leads to licensed insurance agents. Each lead is delivered to a single agent on an exclusive basis. Specific volumes, pricing, geographies, and delivery methods are agreed on a per-order basis.

3. Eligibility

The Services are intended for licensed insurance professionals who are legally permitted to sell final expense insurance products in the jurisdictions in which they operate. You represent and warrant that you hold all licenses required to contact and transact with the leads you receive.

4. Compliance

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when contacting leads, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state Do-Not-Call rules, and privacy laws. Paulus Leads captures TrustedForm certificates to document consumer consent; you agree to retain and honor those records.

5. Lead Replacement Policy

We replace leads free of charge when they do not meet our quality standards (for example, disconnected numbers or leads that do not match agreed criteria). Replacement requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified in your order confirmation. Replacements are our sole remedy for lead-quality issues.

6. Payment

Fees are due according to the terms of your order. Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of Services.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, share, or redistribute leads provided by Paulus Leads.
• Use the Services for any unlawful, deceptive, or harassing purpose.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the website or Services.

8. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Paulus Leads does not guarantee any particular sales, conversion, or business outcome from purchased leads.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paulus Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the fees paid by you to Paulus Leads in the ninety (90) days preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
